FINAL DIVIDEND IN RESPECT OF THE YEAR ENDED 31ST DECEMBER 2022

The shareholders of Sunbird Tourism plc, at their 35^th Annual General Meeting held on 29^th June 2023, resolved that a final dividend of K393 million (representing K1.50 per share) for the financial year ended 31^st December 2022 be paid.

Members whose names will appear in the register as at close of business on Friday 18^th August 2023 will be eligible for the dividend payable on 25^th August 2023.

The register will be closed from 21^st August 2023 to 24^th August 2023 and no transfers will be registered during that time.
