TRADING STATEMENT

In compliance with the Listing Requirements of the Malawi Stock Exchange, a listed company is required to publish a Trading Statement as soon as there is reasonable degree of certainty that the financial results for the period to be reported upon next will differ by at least 20% from that of the previous corresponding period.

Sunbird Tourism PLC accordingly advises that its profit after tax for the year ending 31st December 2025 is expected to be within the range of K13.0 billion and K15.1 billion. This represents an increase of between 23% and 43% from the previous corresponding period ended 31st December 2024, where the Company reported a profit after tax of K10.6 billion.

The information on which the above Trading Statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company’s auditors.

Sunbird Tourism PLC’s results for the year ending 31st December 2025 are expected to be published within the time period stipulated in the Listing Requirements of the Malawi Stock Exchange.
