CCTV Installation

Introduction and Background

Sunbird Tourism Plc (Sunbird) is a publicly quoted enterprise, listed on the Malawi Stock Exchange. The company operates a total of 9 hotels, all strategically located in Malawi's key business hubs and resort locations. It also owns a subsidiary, Catering Solutions Limited, which deals in airport uplift services and industrial catering.

The Need

Sunbird Tourism Plc is inviting qualified and experienced security systems companies for installation, testing, and commissioning of a CCTV surveillance camera system at its hotel premises.

Scope of Work

• Installation and configuration of the CCTV system
• Testing, commissioning, and staff training

Note: Sunbird will provide cameras and NVR as recommended.

Minimum Requirements

Bidders must submit:

• Company profile
• Valid business registration documents
• Tax compliance certificate

Evaluation Criteria

The following information will form part of the evaluation criteria:

• Specific demonstrable experience of the firm relating to the assignment, with supporting references and 3 samples of previous work
• Demonstration that the firm has sufficient resources to carry out the task
• Qualifications of key team members assigned to the project
• Delivery period
• Detailed pricing
