The Directors of Sunbird Tourism plc, at their meeting held on 22nd August 2025, passed a resolution authorising payment of an interim dividend of K732.4 million (representing K2.80 per share) for the financial year ending 31st December 2025.

The Company’s shares will trade ex-dividend from Wednesday 8th October 2025 to the last day to register, Friday, 10th October 2025. Members whose names will appear in the register as at close of business on Friday 10th October 2025 will be eligible for the dividend payable on 30th October 2025.

The register will be closed from 13th October 2025 to 17th October 2025 and no transfers will be registered during this period.
