The shareholders of Sunbird Tourism plc, at their 37th Annual General Meeting held on 1st July 2025, resolved that a final dividend of K2.747 billion (representing K10.50 per share) for the financial year ended 31st December 2024 be paid.

The Company’s shares will trade ex-dividend from Wednesday 30th July 2025 to the last day to register, Friday, 1st August 2025. Members whose names will appear in the register as at close of business on Friday 1st August 2025 will be eligible for the dividend payable on 15th August 2025.

The register will be closed from 4th August 2025 to 8th August 2025 and no transfers will be registered during this period.
