Institutional Catering

SMCS will take over the daily running of your cafeteria with the view of improving food quality and hygiene. We currently run cafeterias at JTI Malawi, Reserve Bank of Malawi, Toyota Malawi and Parliament.

Restaurant Services

The division operates restaurant some under its our own brand ‘The Cabin’ and others under international franchises: in shopping malls, service stations and central business districts across the country. We also manage restaurants for owners on management contract.

Travel Catering

The outfit currently provides travel catering services to Malawian Airlines and charter flights from Chileka Airport. The division is open to providing travel catering services on ships, passenger trains and buses.

Outside Catering

We provide professional catering services for your events including, Cocktail parties, Weddings, Conferences and Board Meetings
