Conference and Banqueting Facilities
The Lakeshore International Conference Centre offers world-class conference & banqueting facilities to the varying needs of its patrons. The Main Conference Hall covers 422.4m2 in area and can be used as a single entity housing 350 people U-shape set-up, 300 people in a banquet set-up, 510 in cinema style, 320 Class room set-up and 1 000 for a cocktail reception.
The hall offers varying configurations catering to a variety of needs from banquets and conferences to music concerts and major exhibitions or shows. It can be subdivided into four separate rooms and its four spacious breakaway rooms can be customized into boardrooms and/or secretarial rooms to meet specific needs of different groupings.

The experienced team of chefs at the Centre offer sumptuous menus with distinctive flair. Gastronomical delights abound from pastries to buffets and plated meals, cocktail fare, barbecue functions and gala banquets. The Lodge’s Executive Chef takes great pleasure in creating personalized menus to suit each individual client’s requirements. The Convention Centre prides itself on its competitive pricing and ability to adapt to individual needs.
Equipment and Facilities
All events and activities at Lakeshore International Conference Centre are enhanced and fully supported by a professional and well trained team that will conceptualize and arrange special events and services as and when required. The central temperature control system, sound-proofed folding room dividers, disability friendly provisions, modern audio-visual equipment together with an infrastructure that supports video conferencing and interpretation system makes Lakeshore International Conference Centre the perfect venue for all Conference & Banqueting planners. The Lakeshore International Conference Centre also offers facilities suitable for patrons with special needs. Additionally guests are offered access to an adventure pool and secure car parking with 100 bays. All the Centre’s equipment and facilities are constantly upgraded to ensure that it continues to be competitive with international standards.

The Conference Centre has a wide coverage of wireless internet services with a very good signal reception. A one stop business centre provides the conference centre with internet service and other secretarial services. Travel support, banking and gift shop services are also available at the Conference Centre. A district hospital and banking services can be accessed in Mangochi Boma 24 kilometers from the Centre with our shuttle bus.
